HÀ NỘI — Construction of a trade centre, hotel and apartment complex, valued at VNĐ3.9 trillion (US$150.3 million) in Hà Nội's Hoàng Mai District started on Tuesday.
Financed by the Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (VINACONEX), the Capital One project spans more than 11.700sq.m in the Kim Văn-Kim Lũ New Urban Area. It is part of the company’s broader vision to redefine its position in the high-end real estate market.
During the project's ground breaking ceremony, the Deputy General Director of VINACONEX Trần Đình Tuấn, said Capital One is a specific step in Vinaconex's strategy of restructuring and repositioning the brand.
The corporation aims to create new momentum for socio-economic development, trade, tourism and premium services in Hà Nội’s southern gateway, Tuấn said. — VNS
