Quynh, Casper and their models take a bow after the show.

Yaly was proud to present the Oriental Garden Collection on Saturday, November 30, in Hoi An.

The fashion extravaganza was the result of a successful collaboration between South African designer Casper Bosman and Quynh, Yaly’s owner.

Quynh is a Hoi An native and started Yaly in 1995. She had a natural flair for design and was determined to promote traditional Vietnamese craft and heritage as well as the modern tailoring and other skills available in the town to the international market.

Casper’s career started in 2007 in South Africa; He has made a strong impression on the South African and international fashion industry. His style is described as understated luxury with immaculate attention to detail.

The design process between Quynh and Casper started in February 2019 when they started discussing colour palettes, styles, fabrics, and current global fashion trends.

The pre-collection was launched in July and presented a stylish and feminine silhouette. The Oriental Garden Collection showcases the unique and rich merger of two cultures. Every piece shows the collective experience and craft of these two exceptional creators.

Work on the Oriental Garden collection evolved beautifully as well as organically and has led them on a journey of unique discovery which we hope everyone will enjoy.
