HA NOI (Biz Hub) ― Two companies, Du lich Hoa Binh Viet Nam (Peace Tour) and Dai Duong Xanh (Blue Ocean), have begun constructing two tourism projects in southern Kien Giang Province's Phu Quoc District.
One is the Hoa Binh Resort which will cover an area of five hectares and have an investment capital of VND1 trillion, or US$47.6 million. It will have a shopping centre and about 300 bungalows and hotel rooms.
The other is the Dai Duong Xanh eco-tourism complex, which will cover 10 hectares and have about 40 villas.
Some parts of the projects will be operational by the end of next year, according to Dien dan Doanh nghiep (The Business Forum). ― VNS
