On February 24, VSIP Bac Ninh held a ceremony for the opening of its office building, launch of the Inno-Biz Hub and accreditation ceremony for the Dot Property Southeast Asia Award 2018 for BelHomes.

These were all significant milestones, marking new developments in the history of the company. Participating in the event were representatives from the local authorities, customers, business partners, VSIP Bac Ninh staff and local residents.

The new office building not only brings a fresh image for VSIP Bac Ninh, but also creates an ideal working environment and is a source of motivation for all the staff to keep contributing to the company and providing high quality services to customers.

In the framework of the programme, VSIP Bac Ninh officially launched the Inno-Biz Hub – which is specially designed for office buildings, a research and development (R&D) centre, a data and testing centre and light. Inno – Biz Hub can be regarded as the final segment in VSIP Bac Ninh’s plan to create a comprehensive complex where manufacturers and commercial – technical – residential providers can supplement one another.

“Today, it is also the official launch of our VSIP Bac Ninh ‘Innovation-Biz Hub’ – a strategy area for Smart Industries, Biosciences, Green Economy, offices and commercial space,” said Benjamin Lam, deputy general director of VSIP JSC cum general director of VSIP Bac Ninh and VSIP Hai Duong.

“This new business model aims to promote economic developments and competitiveness, not just only for VSIP but also for Bac Ninh Province in general through fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.”

On this occasion, VSIP Bac Ninh received the “Best Sustainable Residential Development Southeast Asia 2018” award from Dot Property for BelHomes – the 5.7-hectare self-development project which was initiated, invested and constructed by the Company’s leaders and staff who put their heart and soul into it with a vision to make each home a “nest” filled with “beauty and happiness”.

A representative from Dot Property said visiting the project made it clear why it stands out as the Best Sustainable Residential Development Southeast Asia given the investment in state of the art technologies and commitment to ensuring greater sustainability. This is a very competitive category and therefore one which VSIP can be very proud to have won.

“Dot Property recognises that sustainability and a vision for green development sits at the heart of operations at VSIP and heavily shapes the decisions you make,” the representative said. “Maintaining these strict environmental standards and efficient management systems in turn then shapes how your consumers view and appreciate your work.”

VSIP Bac Ninh is the third project of VSIP Group – a symbol of Viet Nam’s economic co-operation with Singapore. Officially inaugurated on December 11, 2007, after 12 years of development, VSIP Bac Ninh has successfully founded an integrated industrial park and township on nearly 700 hectares in Phu Chan Commune, Tu Son Town – the strategic border between Ha Noi and Bac Ninh Province.

Thanks to the determination and dedication from management and staff, together with strong facilitation and support from Bac Ninh’s leaders, VSIP Bac Ninh has leased 99 per cent of the total industrial area, attracting 116 tenants from 18 countries and territories with the total investment capital standing at around US$2 billion. It has created jobs for nearly 30,000 workers.

Aiming to make the day of the event a relaxing Sunday for the participants, VSIP Bac Ninh also organised a Spring Festival at the Central Park with a variety of traditional and modern games, food and shopping stalls, folk songs and street music performances.

The event with the combination of various activities, once again affirmed VSIP Bac Ninh’s vision and core values: "We are a people-centred, environment-friendly integrated township developer providing the preferred choice for all to live, learn, work and play.”
