Ba Huan Joint Stock Company and Japan’s Ise Foods Inc last week signed a co-operation deal on the production and distribution of fresh eggs, vietnamplus.vn reports.
The Vietnamese poultry company will be responsible for supply while Ise Foods Inc will distribute the products at Japanese supermarkets and stores in Viet Nam. Ba Huan must ensure the eggs meet Japanese standards, with strict breeding and preservation processes.
Under the deal, the Vietnamese company will supply about 10,000 eggs for Ise Foods Inc to send to Japanese restaurants, supermarkets and malls.
Ba Huan CEO Pham Thi Huan said the deal with Japan’s Ise Foods Inc aims to deliver high-quality and safe products to consumers.
In addition, it demonstrates the company’s determination towards food safety and promoting Vietnamese brands globally. The partnership is also hoped to stabilise production by the country’s farmers and foster agricultural development, she added.
