HA NOI – Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has introduced a collection of high-tech bicycles for Vietnamese off-road lovers.

The collection is the result of co-operation with top German cycle manufacturer ADP Engineering GmbH, a company renowned for its handcrafted Rotwild brand of bicycle.

The selection included those for keeping fit, mountain riding and trekking - and specialy designed machines for children.

Prices range from VND14 million (US$673) to VND160 million ($7,700).

The fitness bike uses a special frame and 29-inch wheels that enables cyclists to sail along roads.

Similarly, the mountain bike has been designed with features that make it easy to run on harsh terrain.

Children's bikes are equally sturdy. They come in a range of colours. – VNS
