Noi Bai International Airport, for the third time, has been listed among the 100 best airports by Skytrax.

The airport is ranked 82nd this year.

The operation of the international terminal T2, the biggest and most modern terminal in Viet Nam; the guesthouse A, where national diplomatic receptions are conducted; and the road connecting Nhat Tan and Noi Bai in 2015 have all contributed to the improvement of the airport’s infrastructure.

Since the end of 2017, the domestic terminal T1 has been upgraded, aiming to offer better services for domestic flights.

In the last three years, Noi Bai International Airport has provided several free services, such as water fountains, shuttle buses for transit passengers and charging points. In 2018, more innovative applications will be added at the airport to enhance its service quality and passengers’ experiences.

“Noi Bai International Airport, related agencies and the Vietnamese aviation industry have been recognised for their endless efforts in promoting service quality by being listed among the world’s top 100 airports,” an airport representative told the Vietnam News Agency. — VNS
