NINH BINH — The northern province of Ninh Binh needs to improve the quality of human resources, cut time spent on bureaucratic procedures, reduce informal charges and facilitate access to land for businesses.
This aims to raise Ninh Binh's provincial competitiveness index, according to experts at a conference held in the province yesterday.
The province dropped two places to the 23rd position out of 63 cities and provinces. The annual index is based on a survey conducted by the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. — VNS
