HA NOI (Biz Hub)— The Hoa Phat Steel Co said it sold 698,642 tonnes of steel last year, a year-on-year increase of 14.2 per cent.
The result helped the company improve its market share by 1.5 percentage points to 15.2 per cent.
The company attributed the achievement to the steady operations at its new Hoa Phat iron and steel complex in northern Hai Duong Province, which is expected to increase output to 1.15 million tonnes annually from 2014. — VNS
