HAI DUONG (Biz Hub) — The northern province of Hai Duong decided to spend VND25 billion (US$1.2 million) on a price stabilisation programme for the end of the year and the upcoming lunar new year festival.
The prices of five commodities will be stabilised, namely 200,000 kilograms of rice, 50,000 kilograms of sugar, 100,000 litres of cooking oil, 70,000 kilograms of pork and beef products and 80,000 kilograms of processed and frozen seafood.
The programme will begin today and last until March 31.— VNS
