A series of exciting events to celebrate NovaGroup's 30th birthday is being organised from August 16 to September 30 at the Novaland Gallery at 2Bis, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 1, HCM City.

During this period, visitors will have the chance to experience a new space with a unique appearance.

A giant cake model has been set up in front of the gallery to mark NovaGroup's birthday.

It also symbolises the group’s efforts to bring value to customers and demonstrate its determination to develop sustainably.

Inside the gallery is a miniature luxury yacht that simulates yacht marinas at Novaland’s projects. The yacht stations are among the facilities that bring a unique, high-class living experience to residents of NovaGroup’s projects.

Besides, Novaland Gallery is also the place to organize meetings to share and update new information about NovaGroup as well as its subsidiary companies, and special events such as music concert with the participation of various popular singers, seminars to update market by industry experts... Customers can access a lot of useful information about NovaGroup's products and services to find the solution for their investment plan.

From now until the end of the year, events will be organised to introduce Novaland’s upcoming projects beside Aqua City (Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province), The Grand Manhattan (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), NovaWorld Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan), NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria-Vung Tau)… which was already launched.

According to a forecast by a property research group, in the second half of 2022 prices will continue to increase and investors will continue to be interested in products with attractive payment policies, easy liquidity, especially in urban area complexes where have adequate facilities and a good location.

A Novaland representative said: “Together with members of NovaGroup, we strive to satisfy both the investment and utility factors for customers.
