HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Four Vietnamese companies showcased their products and services at the 47th Algiers International Trade Fair.
The Vietnamese pavilions feature an array of construction materials, plastics, leatherette, food, spices and handicraft products at the event, which concluded yesterday in the Algerian capital and drew about 680 businesses from 37 countries.
Vietnamese companies are keen on partnering with Algerian companies in infrastructure, housing, consumer goods products and aquaculture.
Two-way trade between the two countries reached over US$280 million last year, up 37 per cent. In the first four months of this year alone, two-way trade was estimated at $124 million, up 39 percent from the previous year. — VNS
