HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Mercer, the leading global provider of human resource services, and Talentnet, its associate in Viet Nam, will hold seminars next month to discuss the results of their 2015 Viet Nam Total Remuneration Survey in Ha Noi and HCM City.

The seminars, to be organised in HCM City on October 6 and Ha Noi on October 8, will provide data about salary increases, allowances, bonuses, typical benefits given by industry and job level, as well as information about employee turnover and job positions that are difficult to fill.

With participation from 520 multinational companies and local organisations, and remuneration data from 209,448 employees, the remuneration survey is considered the country's largest and most comprehensive.

This is the 16th consecutive year that Mercer has conducted its remuneration survey in the country. — VNS
