HA NOI (Biz Hub) — International Friendship Day 2014, an event that gathers Vietnamese entrepreneurs and overseas residents, as well as former overseas students, will take place here on November 29.

With the theme "Leading entrepreneurs," the event is expected to connect people who want to contribute to the country, building a human resource of active and creative business people.

The event is divided into three parts. The first includes seminars discussing "Fluctuation and development trends in Viet Nam" and "Trained overseas human resources: challenges and opportunities." Former overseas students who have become successful in life will also share their experiences.

The second will include workshops on such topics as finance-construction, tourism-hotels, marketing-communications and information technology-electronic commerce, with the participation of famous speakers.

The third will be a gala dinner that is expected to ensure the sustainable development of the community of former overseas students.

An alliance of associations of former overseas students will be established in an effort to connect all students around the world.
