HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The International Livestock, Dairy, Meat Processing and Aquaculture Exhibition will return to HCM City next March, promising to create opportunities for local businesses to enhance trade ties with their counterparts from developed countries.

The sixth edition of the exhibition, ILDEX Vietnam 2016, will have the participation of 180 exhibitors from countries and territories, including the US, France, South Korea, the Netherlands, Taiwan, China and the UK.

Products to be displayed will include the latest machinery, technologies and business solutions for livestock breeding, dairy and aquaculture industries to help local breeders improve product productivity and quality, said Chinakit Viphavakit, senior project manager of VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co., Ltd, one of the organisers.

The biennial event will also include technical conferences and innovation seminars on animal-husbandry and aquaculture, he said.

Organised by VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific and Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co., Ltd, the event will be held at the Sai Gon Exhibition and Convention Center in District 7 from March 23-25, and is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors. —VNS
