More than 350 companies will showcase their products at more than 1,600 pavilions in this year’s fourth Vietbuild international exhibition in HCM City this week.
Speaking at a press conference in HCM City on Friday, Nguyen Dinh Hung, chairman of Vietbuild Construction International Exhibition Organising Corporation, said the five-day exhibition would have the theme ‘Housing-Architecture and Interior – Exterior Decoration’.
On display would be electrical equipment, doors and accessories, modern technologies such as smart home systems and lighting technologies, internal and external decorative items, building materials, solar energy systems, water filters, and property projects.
Exhibitors would also bring many new building materials, especially green materials, and interior-exterior products to meet increasing demand and help protect the environment.
The exhibitors would include 77 joint ventures between Vietnamese and foreign firms and 43 foreign companies from 18 countries and territories, including the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the US, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand.
A number of other activities were also scheduled on the sidelines such as a business forum and business matching.
The exhibition would help businesses understand market demand and also offer them an opportunity to promote new products and seek technologies and partnerships.
The exhibition would be held at the Phu Tho Indoor Stadium in District 11 from November 6 to 10. — VNS
