ZaloPay has developed an online shopping function to help its customers be safe amid the renewed COVID-19 threat and social distancing.
Using it, customers can buy food online from supermarkets, stores and shops such as Big C, Lazada, Highlands Coffee, Trung Nguyen Coffee, and others on the Zalo Official Account.
Over six months of piloting it, more than 10 million transactions were carried out and paid using ZaloPay e-wallet.
The e-wallet was introduced in 2016 to pay electricity, water, internet, and other bills in partnership with 42 banks and card organisations and thousands of stores and restaurants.
The Zalo mobile application has become popular even in remote areas. — VNS
