HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Property developer Dien Phuc Thanh has introduced a new residential project which covers 9,000sq.m in the city's District 2.

Work is scheduled to begin next month on the VND1.1 trillion (US$49.3 million) the Centana Thu Thiem project. It will have two blocks, one 15-storey serviced officetel of 196 units and the other with 31 storeys and 442 units, with a parking basement. Completion is planned for the first quarter of 2019.

With a construction density of 37 per cent, the project will have a swimming pool, playground for kids, food area and green space. It will also have easy access to the city's 5,000sq.m park in front of the project.

Model units will be available on the occasion of the project's groundbreaking event in June. — VNS
