Vietnam Airlines (VNA) has been honoured as an enterprise meeting Vietnamese business culture standards. This recognition was announced during the 3rd annual National Forum "Culture with Business" themed "Business Culture and Development and Integration Flow," held in Hà Nội on November 27.
To be recognised as meeting Vietnamese business culture standards, businesses had to meet mandatory criteria in 5 main groups: sustainable business leadership, building and implementing corporate culture, respect for the law, business ethics, and social responsibility.
Additionally, there were 16 criteria and 40 indicators that covered areas such as sustainable development orientation, organisational resources, brand communication system, knowledge management in enterprises, and reputation in business. Vietnam Airlines successfully met these criteria and was approved by the National Council as an "Enterprise meeting Vietnamese business culture standards."
Alongside 19 other honoured businesses in 2023, Vietnam Airlines reinforces its brand reputation after 30 years of establishment and development. As the National Airline, it takes pride in connecting trade and culture between Việt Nam and the world, as well as contributing to the socio-economic development of regions across the country. — VNS
