HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Vingroup officially offered sales of the villas in Vinpearl Premium Phu Quoc and Nha Trang on December 29.

All villas in Vinpearl Premium Nha Trang Bay, Vinpearl Premium Golf Land in Khanh Hoa Province and Vinpearl Premium Phu Quoc Island are set alongside beaches. These properties will offer high-end facilities and are targeted to be completed by 2015.

Investors who bought Vinpearl Premium's villas and arranged with the group's management to lease the properties on their behalf can receive 85 per cent of the lease value per annum in 10 years.

Vingroup disclosed that its Vinpearl system constantly had a high occupancy rate during the year, earning a stable source of foreign currency. Therefore, the group is confident about offering the large profit rate to investors who bought villas in Vinpearl Premium.

The 10-year programme for the lease of the villas would offer outstanding opportunities for the investors to obtain good long-term profits compared with other investment channels.
