HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Vingroup was able to sell several villas in the Vinpearl Premium property in Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Nha Trang on January 25, the first day it opened the sale.

The group representative said 1,200 customers, including buyers from Europe, Japan and the Republic of Korea, attended the sale held in Ha Noi and HCM City, where the group had on offer its villas in Vinpearl Premium Nha Trang Bay, at the Vinpearl Premium Golf Land in Khanh Hoa Province and at the Vinpearl Premium Phu Quoc Island.

The villas are located alongside beaches and offer several high-end facilities. Last December, the group announced that it had put up 847 villas, next to the beach, for sale.

The representative also pointed out that a 5 per cent reduction in the value of the villa resulted in quick deposits for the villas and the group received more orders.

Customers, who had bought the villa within a day were also awarded with two free nights in a suite at the Vinpearl's hotels and resorts, two free days on the golf course and a business-class, round-trip air ticket.

Investors, who bought Vinpearl Premium's villas and who have asked the group to lease the properties on their behalf, will receive 85 per cent of the lease value per annum within a decade.

The group said the Vinpearl system had constantly reported a high occupancy rate during the year, and therefore, the decade-long programme for leasing villas will offer outstanding opportunities for the investors to obtain healthy long-term profits.

In addition, investors can enjoy a free annual 15-night use of their villas in the Vinpearl Premium or use any property in the Vingroup's resort and hotel system. — VNS
