Ha Noi (Biz Hub) – Real estate developer Vingroup officially rebranded its resorts and hotels in Viet Nam as 'Resort and City Hotel' on August 12.

Previously, they were all known as Vinpearl Hotels and Resorts.

The group's chain of resorts are usually located by the sea with scenic views and designed with an amusement park, water park, and oceanarium, in addition to an entertainment area, Vinpearl Land, golf course, and a health and beauty service known as Vincharm.

City Hotel will develop a chain of five-star hotels in partnership with international chains in big cities. Like the resorts, the hotels will also include services such as entertainment, shopping, and events and conventions.

The group established the Vinpearl Hospitality Management Company to serve the two brands.

After ten years of operating and developing, the group has five resorts with 4,000 rooms including Vinpearl Nha Trang Resort, Vinpearl Nha Trang Luxury Resort, and Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Resort & Villas, in addition to Vinpearl Da Nang Resort and Villas, and Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort. It is completing two more resorts in Phu Quoc Island and Quang Ninh province this year.

The City Hotel brand is known for the Vinpearl Hotel Landmark 81 located along the Sai Gon River in HCM City. — VNS
