HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Realty developer Vingroup kicked off the construction of a 5-star hotel, shophouse project and a Vincom centre in Tay Ninh City in the south of Viet Nam on September 8.
The construction project, with a total investment capital of over VND1 trillion (US$44.9 million), overs 22,000 sq.m. including a 21-storey building tower with two basements and commercial shop-town houses.
Vingroup said the Vinpearl Hotel will be from the 6th to the 21st floor of the tower with a capacity of 130 rooms, while the first to the 5th floor will be a commercial centre with a convergence of products and services to meet local shopping demands. — VNS
