VinFast has partnered with CarOn Holdings to establish a network of service workshops dedicated to the maintenance and repair of VinFast electric vehicles across Việt Nam.

Under a memorandum of understanding, CarOn will become an officially authorised service provider, with the first ten workshops expected to open in October 2024.

These workshops will adhere to VinFast’s stringent standards for facilities and equipment, ensuring high-quality service comparable to authorised dealerships. VinFast will also assist in training CarOn staff and providing technical support to facilitate rapid expansion.

CarOn currently operates a variety of service centres, including specialised workshops for electric vehicles, and aims to become Việt Nam's leading car service chain, equipped with a highly skilled workforce trained to Japanese standards. This collaboration is a response to the growing demand for electric vehicles in the market. — VNS
