HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Real estate developer Vingroup launched the construction of Vincom Center in Rach Gia City in the southern Kien Giang Province on October 12.

Covering 33,000sq.m in the busiest junction of the coastal city, which connects three major roads of 3/2, Ton Duc Thang and Co Bac, Vincom Rach Gia will become a shopping and entertainment destination in the province.

The centre comprises a trading centre and a residential area. Accordingly, the trading centre, to be built over 15,000m2 of floor area like other Vincom centres in the country, will have malls, supermarkets, fashion outlets and furniture stores, as well as a food court and café, games, a gym and a high-quality cinema.

The group will also build the commercial and residential Vincom Shophouse, which will cover 17,500sq.m of floor area.

The centre is expected to be completed in 2016. — VNS
