Viglacera Land wins at Asia Pacific Property Awards

HANOI (Biz Hub) — Viglacera Land has won two prestigious prizes at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held recently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Two projects including the Thang Long Number One Project in Thang Long Boulevard, west of Ha Noi, won the Safe Home Award Vietnam, and the 33.6 hectare Dang Xa Urban Area, 12 km to the northeast of Ha Noi, won the Highly Recommend for the Mixed-Use Development Viet Nam.

Asia Pacific Awards was among the International Property Awards for real estate projects that meet strict criteria for location, transportation, architecture and planning and uniqueness. Also, other criteria include safety, security, sustainability and innovative technology, as well as environmental protection and provision of services.

According to the award organisers, they had received nearly 1,000 nominations from 29 countries in the region this year. The selection was carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property industry.

According to Viglacera Land, which owns 7 industrial zones, 13 urban areas and three commercial complexes in Viet Nam, the prestigious awards will enhance its position in not only Viet Nam but also the regional real estate market.

This is the second time that Viglacera Land has won prizes in the Asia Pacific Property Awards. The previous occasion was in 2013.—VNS
