Vietnamobile has launched a support package to share difficulties and support customers amid social distancing and lockdowns due to the fourth wave of COVID-19.
Vietnamobile subscribers will enjoy 1GB of free data when installing the Bluezone app and get more free data when accessing Bluezone as well as the websites of the Ministry of Health. The telecom provider is also giving away 10GB of high-speed data to people in provinces and cities that are under social distancing according to Directive 16. It would offer special card top-up promotions of up to 200-300 per cent and give an extra 30 days recharge value from VND50,000 (US$2).
In addition, Vietnamobile continues to provide support solutions such as extra data in add-on packages when fully renewed; free 10GB data when fully renewing the default package and discounts of up to 30 per cent on the subscription fee for three or six consecutive months.
Vietnamobile provides free SMS messages to alert citizens and free calls to the 1022 health centre, helping customers get medical advice.
