The Vietnamese bakery ingredient manufacturer Tân Nhất Hương attended Mexipan 2024, the 17th international bakery fair in Mexico City, Mexico.

At this leading fair for the bakery industry in Latin America, Tân Nhất Hương brought key products that have made an impression on the international market such as cake decorating cream, cake cream and ingredients used for mixing in the cake production process.

Mexico was the fourth location in the Americas where the company was promoting its business activities, after successfully penetrating the US, Brazil and Peru markets countries with high requirements for the quality of imported products, said Vũ Thị Hoài Sơn, general director of Tân Nhất Hương Company Limited.

Participating in Mexipan 2024 demonstrated the company's determination to penetrate deeper into the 650 million-people market of the Latin American region, including Mexico, the second largest economy in the region with high economic growth rate and abundant purchasing power, said Sơn.

The fair attracted nearly 300 leading brands in the world and the region operating in the field of manufacturing baking ingredients. It lasts from July 31 to August 3. — VNS
