Vietjet would resume return flights connecting Viet Nam and South Korea to meet the travel needs of people and businesses, the budget carrier announced late last week.

The airline will provide return flights between HCM City and Seoul every Wednesday, starting from October 7.

Passengers from Viet Nam and South Korea are required to have COVID-19 certificates issued within three days of departure and must comply with mandatory medical quarantine requirements in the two countries, according to Vietjet.

All documents would be required by immigration, it said, adding that as regulated by the South Korean government, people flying from Viet Nam to South Korea would have to fill in all regulated forms before boarding their flights as well as abiding by compulsory quarantine requirements.

Meanwhile, passengers flying to Viet Nam could choose for self-paid concentrated isolation at a number of up to five-star hotels and accommodations facilities in various cities and provinces. Their selections must meet quarantine safety regulations and human resources requirements. — VNS
