Vietjet is giving away 10,000 super-saving tickets priced from zero dollars between now and Friday in a move to celebrate the spring season, the most beautiful time of year to travel.

These fares, which are available at www.vietjetair.com, are for international routes from HCM City and Phu Quoc to Hong Kong (China).

According to Vietjet, the time period for promotional flights on the HCM City – Hong Kong route is from April 14 to December 31 while the travel time for Phu Quoc – Hong Kong is from April 19 to October 25.

The airline will provide four return flights per week on the Phu Quoc – Hong Kong route starting on April 19. With a flight time of 2 hours and 45 minutes per leg, the flight will depart Phu Quoc at 10:50am and land in Hong Kong at 2:35pm. The return flight will depart from Hong Kong at 3:40pm and arrive in Phu Quoc at 5:25pm (all local times).

“Hong Kong is known as one of the world’s leading centres of finance and commerce and as a hub for numerous major corporations with headquarters in the Asia-Pacific region,” Vietjet said in a statement

With a blend of Western and Eastern cultures, a vast variety of cuisines and a developed entertainment industry, Hong Kong is the most loved destination for tourism and shopping for many travelers, it said.

Dubbed “the Pearl Island”, Phu Quoc in the southern province of Kien Giang is one of the most talked-about tourism destinations in Asia. Over recent years, Phu Quoc has attracted strong levels of investment in hotels and resorts.

“With this new service linking Phu Quoc and Hong Kong, Vietjet aims to not only create more convenient opportunities for locals and tourists in both countries to travel by modern and safe air service, but also further fly the flag for this stunning island and contribute to the growth of tourism and trade on this amazing destination,” the carrier said. — VNS
