HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Passengers who book Vietjet tickets online between noon and 2pm from August 15 to 22, with ATM cards issued by 29 Vietnamese banks, will get a 15 per cent discount.
This is part of a promotion by the airline and the National Payment Corporation of Viet Nam (Napas).
The "To the open skies with domestic-payment cards" campaign is applicable for all Vietjet tickets and flights, marking the co-operation between the fast-going new-age carrier and Viet Nam's leading payment service company, which will benefit Vietjet passengers.
Cardholders should choose to pay via Napas during the booking process and make sure that their cards have been registered for online payment with their banks in advance, Vietjet said.
Among the 29 Vietnamese banks are Vietcombank, Sacombank, ACB and Agribank, besides BIDV, Vietinbank, VPBank and Maritime Bank, as well as Techcombank, MBBank, VIB and TPBank.
They also include Eximbank, HDBank, VietABank and SeABank, besides OCB, DongA Bank, ABBank and BAOVIET Bank, in addition to LienVietPostBank, SHB, Kienlongbank and NCB, as well as GPBank, OceanBank, BacABank and SCB, as also VRB.
Currently, Vietjet boasts a fleet of 41 aircraft, including A320s and A321s, and operates 300 flights a day. — VNS
