Budget airline Vietjet on Tuesday announced a promotion with 1.5 million tickets priced only from zero dollars available between today and Thursday to celebrate its co-operation with Google.

The discounted airfares are available from noon to 2pm at www.vietjetair.com, Vietjet's app or Google Flights. They are applied to all Vietjet's domestic and international routes.

Passengers can hunt for super-saving flights on routes connecting Việt Nam and Japan anytime within the promotion period, Vietjet said.

The promotional tickets’ travel time is from September 5, 2019 to December 31, 2019 for domestic routes and from September 5, 2019 to June 25, 2020 for all international routes, excluding public holidays, it said.

The partnership with Google Flights aims to introduce destinations that Vietjet has direct flights to. With just a few simple steps, users can easily look up for detailed information such as flight times, flight numbers and tickets.

Aiming to be a “consumer airline”, Vietjet connects with partners to create a diversified ecosystem based on modern technology platform to bring more attractive and quality service products that meet customer’s demand.

In addition to offering flights to millions of domestic and international passengers, the carrier has also paid attention to community activities, especially those needy children.

Over the past six years, Vietjet has worked with the 'Light up the dreams' programme to help thousands of disadvantaged children all around the country.
