HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – Vietjet today launched its newest international route connecting HCM City with Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia.
The inauguration ceremony was witnessed by Viet Nam's Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, senior leaders from Ministry of Transport of Malaysia and Viet Nam, respectively, as well as representatives from the airline authorities of both countries.
Delivering his speech at the event, the deputy PM appreciated the determination of Vietjet – a new age airline to create a bridge connecting Viet Nam and Malaysia. He also applauded the carrier for its efforts to offer safe aviation services which will benefit the people of both countries.
Vietjet said it expected the flights to boost socio-economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries thanks to its convenient flying times, affordable fares and high quality service.
The HCM City – Kuala Lumpur route is operated on a daily basis with flying time per sector of about one hour and 55 minutes.
To celebrate the launch, Vietjet is giving away hundreds of thousands of promotional tickets just from zero dollar in its "Enjoy your summer" campaign.— VNS
