Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Vietnam Best Employers in 2022 by Viet Research and Vietnam Investment Review.

The ranking aims to honour enterprises with an outstanding performance in terms of job generation, employee welfare and business results.

It also seeks to raise awareness about developing human resources, employee welfare policies, corporate culture, and employer reputation.

After more than 15 years since its founding, Vietbank has built a foundation for sustainable development not only in terms of organisational structure, financial indicators, governance, product and service systems, but also in terms of quality human resources, the bank said in a release.

The bank has always paid close attention to develop a qualified human resource in both professional ability and ethics, it said.

Vietbank also provides scholarships to students and has internship and office tour programmes to enlarge recruitment sources, the bank added.

This year the lender also won the "Top 10 Excellent Growth Brands 2022” from Vietnam Economic Times. — VNS
