HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Hongkong Land and SonKim Land, joint developers of The Nassim, have appointed POSCO E&C Vietnam as the main contractor and Artelia as the construction management and supervision consultant for their premium residential project.

The appointments mark a key milestone in the development of The Nassim, a luxury residential project located in the heart of Thao Dien, District 2, HCM City.

Lim Kok Siang, general director of NASSIM JV Company Limited. said that POSCO E&C Vietnam and Artelia were well-known for their reputation and professional expertise not only in Viet Nam but also over the world.

"We are confident that the two new partners will contribute to ensure the delivery of the project on time and to the high standards of quality that we have set for the project," he said.

POSCO E&C VIETNAM is a subsidiary of POSCO E&C (top five largest construction companies in Korea) and a member of POSCO Group in South Korea (top 10 largest steel producers in the world).

POSCO E&C entered the Viet Nam market and established POSCO E&C Vietnam in 1995.

Artelia, established in Viet Nam since 2006 as its first office in Southeast Asia, is an independent group from France specializing in project management and engineering.

The Nassim is a luxury condominium project comprising four towers with 238 residential units ranging from one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses. — VNS
