HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Horizon International Bilingual School, a private school with campuses in HCM City and Ha Noi for children from the ages of two to 18, is offering a Tet Promotion and Summer School Program.

The former offers a 15 per cent discount for paying at least a quarter of the tuition fees for the next academic year by February 28 and 10 per cent for payment in March.

Summer School Program, described as "Fun and learning for kids, comfort for parents" in a release by the school, is meant for working parents who need a safe place for their kids who cannot be left home alone. It also offers a 25per cent discount on tuition fees.

"As educators, it is our duty to eliminate any barriers our students may face in acquiring knowledge and to prepare the best possible learning environment for them to achieve and excel academically and holistically," Mehmet Vural, the principal, said.

HIBS is one of the first schools in Viet Nam to use smart digital boards in classrooms. The iPad, a replacement for computers, is in use in the schools kindergartens. A new database that will allow parents to regularly check their childrens progress by using their smart phones is now being prepared. — VNS
