Talentnet has signed a deal with Asia Pacific work and HR technology company PeopleStrong to provide comprehensive HR solutions to employers in the country across consultancy and technology.

Kiran Kumar, founding member and chief, global markets, at PeopleStrong, said, “The Work, Worker and the Working all are transforming at a never-before-seen speed, the COVID pandemic has accelerated the need for technology, and human assets cannot be left behind.

“PeopleStrong and Talentnet share a common mission and purpose on this front; we wish to combine the best of HR tech and consulting to help organisations grow in this new era.”

This partnership represents another next step in the growth of PeopleStrong and brings a modern age tech platform to Viet Nam that is used by over 350 organisations and 1.1 million users across the region, according to the companies.

Tieu Yen Trinh, founder and CEO of Talentnet Corporation, said: “At Talentnet, we strive to create a powerful ecosystem that provides the very best HR solutions to our clients. This new partnership with PeopleStrong helps us provide our clients with impactful changes that last beyond technological tools — including employee development and company culture transformation.

“Over the past year or so, the face of work has changed dramatically for both employers and employees, and technology has become a critical aspect as the world experiences digitalisation at a rapid pace.”

The solutions offered by combining Talentnet’s consulting experience and PeopleStrong’s technical expertise would enable organisations to overcome the challenges faced in the modern workplace and embrace the rise of digital across the whole employee lifecycle, transforming HR operations across Viet Nam, she added. — VNS
