HCM CITY — Realty Sungroup and Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation signed a strategic co-operation agreement in HCM City on July 14.

With this agreement Sungroup will accord priority to Hoa Binh Corp as the contractor for its construction projects taking into consideration capability, experience, cost and manpower.

Earlier, the two sides had worked in other Sungroup's projects such as the Novotel Premier Danang Han River, JW Marriott Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort, and Condotel Premier Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, in addition to Sunhome Phu Quoc, and most recently, Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence in 69B, Thuy Khue Street, Ha Noi.

Sungroup is a leading brand in local leisure tourism and resorts, and real estate projects. The group's projects such as the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Ba Na Hills Mountain Resort, Novotel Danang Premier Han River, and Premier Village Danang Resort, in addition to Fansipan Legend, and Sun World Ha Long Park, have regularly received awards from local and international organisations.
