Shinhan Finance has launched iShinhan 3.0 that is developed with friendly customer experience concept, and included new convenient services.
New customers with financial needs can download iShinhan and register for Shinhan Finance personal loans and other products.
The loan registration process is designed to be similar to chatting with an employee, the company said.
iShinhan 3.0 comes with an e-KYC solution.
After applying online for a loan, customers can track the credit verification process on iShinhan.
Existing customers can also use the services available on it, including instant app-to-app loan repayment through e-wallet Momo.
To mark the app’s debut, many promotions are on offer to both new and existing customers. — VNS
