Shinhan Bank will continue with its ‘Grateful to frontline workers’ programme that offers loans at a low interest rate to COVID-19 frontline workers.

The bank launched the initiative last quarter and will implement it through February.

The beneficiaries include doctors, nurses, other medical staff, officials and staff working at public and private healthcare organisations, and lecturers at medical universities.

The five-year loans carry a fixed interest rate of 9.9 per cent and a limit of VND900 million (US$39,717). — VNS
