HA NOI (Biz Hub) — South East Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank), BRG Group Joint Stock Company (BRG Group) and CoCa-Cola Vietnam Beverage Limited Company (Coca-Cola) have signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The comprehensive MoU, which was signed in Ha Noi on October 12, aims to exploit and develop advantages in business, matching each side's business strategy towards becoming a strategic partner in the near future.
Under the MoU, each side commits to use the other's products and services and increase opportunities of cooperation to exploit the maximum potential, bringing business effectiveness and contributing to increasing the position and competitiveness of each side.
Coca-Cola gives SeABank the priority to supply financial and banking solutions to its distributor and contractor. Coca-Cola has also committed to supporting Intimex supermarkets to become its important customer, supporting BRG Group in its environmental protection activities at hotels by using recycled packages and giving preference to the products and services of its member companies.
SeABank will consult and supply professional financial and banking services and products with many priorities for Coca-Cola's employees, partners, distributors and contractors, such as payment account, payroll account, products and services for individuals, credit and savings.
BRG Group will give preference to Coca-Cola to be the supplier for its member companies. In addition, the three sides also agreed on many other important cooperation aspects. In particular, they will coordinate on branding activities to achieve the best results.
