Saigon Co.op on November 22 opened Co.opmart SCA Pham Van Chieu supermarket in HCM City's Go Vap District, increasing the total number of Co.opmart stores to 122 across the country.
Co.opmart SCA is the new name of France''s Auchan supermarkets, which Saigon Co.op acquired recently.
Located on the ground floor of I-Home Apartment at 359 Pham Van Chieu Street inWard 14 in Go Vap District, Co.opmart SCA Pham Van Chieu supermarket has a modern design onover 25,000sq.m of floor space.
It sells more than 30,000 items, including fresh and processed foods, cosmetics, clothes, household goods,and accessories, 90 per cent of which are high-quality Vietnamese products.
Located in acrowded residential area, the supermarket will be a good place for locals to buy goods with clear origin, good quality and reasonable prices, especially during theyear-end shopping season.
To mark itsopening, the supermarket is offering promotions until November 24, including discounts of up to 50 per cent on thousands of essential items and high reward points. — VNS
