Saigon Co.op has launched Co.op Party, an on-demand party service that provides food and customer care.

It provides dishes in required portions or party tables for 10 people and above.

The menu features various options, from office lunch and dinner to party meals that includes appetisers (corn - crab - shredded chicken soup, salad), main dishes (chicken, fish, pork, beef, etc), hot pots, desserts, and beverages and tea parties with cakes, fruits, tea, coffee at prices starting at VNĐ40,000 (US$1.57) for a dish and VNĐ1.7 million ($67) for a package.

It also provides additional services such as servers, sound, lighting, and tables and chairs.

The retailer boasts a rich source of raw materials that ensures food hygiene and safety.

The programme is being trialled in HCM City before it is rolled out nationwide.

Nguyễn Ngọc Thắng, deputy general director of Saigon Co.op, said being among activities to celebrate Saigon Co.op’s 35th anniversary, Co.op Party contributes to perfect Saigon Co.op's ecosystem that provides customers with all essential services on the retail distribution platform.

Other activities to celebrate its anniversary include the Private Label Product Festival that offers discounts of up to 50 per cent on various Co.op Select, Co.op Happy and Co.op Finest products until July 17 at Saigon Co.op’s 800 outlets nationwide, and a programme to sell more than 100 products, including vegetables, fruits, seafood and others at fixed prices for various groups of products starting at VNĐ10,900. — VNS
