HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Saigon Co.op on July 22 broke ground for the Co.opmart Ben Luc in Long An Province's Ben Luc District, its second store in the province.
Covering 11,000sq.m, the store located on Ben Luc town's National Highway 1A is expected to cost more than VND70 billion (US$3.2 million).
It will sell more than 30,000 essential items and have a fashion area, food courts, a bookstore and other facilities.
Scheduled to open in January next year, the supermarket will be a distribution site for Vietnamese goods, especially for price-stabilised goods. — VNS
