Sacombank has won the “Corporate Excellence Award” and “Inspiring Brand Award” at the 2023 Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards given by Enterprise Asia, a leading non-governmental organisation.
It is for the second time in a row that Sacombank has won these two prestigious awards.
Given away annually in 14 countries and markets in the Asia-Pacific, APEA is the region's most prestigious recognition of corporate leaders and organisations for outstanding performance and tenacity in developing successful businesses while creating value for the community and society.
Consistent with its goal of becoming “the leading retail bank in Việt Nam," Sacombank has been actively implementing a comprehensive digital transformation, improved labour productivity and made efforts to deliver greater user experience through upgrading and developing a diverse ecosystem of products and services.
It has also rolled out many large preferential credit packages to meet both the business and lifestyle needs of corporate and retail customers, contributing to market expansion and promoting overall growth of the economy during a tough period.
Sacombank also undertakes meaningful community programmes such as giving gifts to disadvantaged people during Tết, granting scholarships to thousands of outstanding students who live in difficult circumstances each year, funding the construction of schools, bridges, roads, and high-quality public toilets, and bringing clean water to many difficult areas in line with its motto of "Together we grow” that the bank aims for in the long term.

Sacombank also received the "Strong Brand" award in the category of Pioneer in Innovation at the Vietnam Strong Brand Awards 2022-2023 given by VnEconomy and Vietnam Economic Times.
It won the title for an 11th consecutive year by meeting the voting criteria such as creativity, innovation and the application of modern technology in all activities to achieve breakthrough performances and sustainable growth.
Identifying technology as the mainstay of its development strategy, Sacombank has intensively invested in infrastructure and adopted advanced technologies to create a foundation for its digital transformation and enhance creativity and innovation in its management, administration and business operations.
