Sacombank adds new hotline to improve customer service

Sacombank has added a new hotline number, 1800 5858 88, to promptly reply to questions and resolve problems customers have, and provide instructions on procedures and information about products and services. — Photo courtesy of the bank

Sacombank has set up a new hotline number 1800 5858 88 in addition to the two existing ones, 1900 5555 88 (for all customers) and 1800 5858 23 (for VIP customers), to improve service quality in the context of digital transformation and the customer experience.

It is a free number.

Sacombank has also improved and added more features to its hotline to provide customers with a better experience such as quickly looking up their credit card balance, payment account balance, payment account number, and more without having to speak to an operator, and evaluating service quality after each call.

1900 5555 88 will stop operating on May 1, 2023, and all customer calls will be transferred to the new hotline.
