HANOI (Biz Hub) — Royal City Complex of Vingroup Joint Stock Company has won two prestigious prizes at the Asia Pacific Property Awards held recently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Royal City Complex, situated at Nguyen Trai Street in Ha Noi, won the awards for Best Retail Development Viet Nam and Highly Recommend for the Mixed-Use Development Viet Nam.

Asia Pacific Awards was among the International Property Awards for real estate projects that meet strict criteria for location, transportation, architecture and planning and uniqueness. Also, the projects should meet criteria for safety, security, sustainability and innovative technology, as well as environmental protection and provision of services.

According to the organisers, they had received nearly 1,000 nominations from 29 countries in the region this year. The selection was carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property industry.

Vingroup JSC stated that the winning of prestigious awards in dual sectors has enhanced its position in not only Viet Nam but also the regional real estate market.

Last year, the Vinhomes Riverside of Vingroup won the "Best Mixed-use Development" and represented Asia competing for awards of mixed-use development in the world.—VNS
