HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Quan An Ngon, a famous brand name for delicious Vietnamese dishes in the capital city, will appear in central Da Nang City in 2015 as the restaurant chain celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Speaking at the restaurant chain's anniversary celebration held at Quan An Ngon restaurant in Phan Dinh Phung Street last September 6, Pham Thi Bich Hanh, the founder and manager, said Quan An Ngon would bring its special traditional dishes from the northern, central and southern regions of Viet Nam to domestic and foreign visitors in Da Nang, in its biggest and most ambitious expansion project to date.
Since the beginning of the year, the restaurant chain strived to remain in the hearts of its customers by introducing "one delicious dish each month," with a space designed for every theme of the month in each of its branches.

With the theme of Com (green rice flakes), its delicious dishes in September will be flavoured with the flakes, including Autumn Com Spring Roll; Fried Shrimp Coated with Com; Che Com, a dessert made with Com and sugar; and Com Lang Vong, named after Ha Noi'sVong Village, the original creator of Com.
In line with its business philosophy, "special flavours from three regions enrich the Vietnamese soul in the heart of Ha Noi," the restaurant is constantly developing and improving food quality and professionalising its serving style to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Founded in 2005 with special traditional dishes from the three regions as its models, Quan An Ngon has always brought a feeling of familiarity to the food that it has been serving its customers. From the first restaurant it opened on 18 Phan Boi Chau Street, Quan An Ngon has expanded to 25T2 Hoang Dao Thuy-Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh, 34 Phan Dinh Phung and B2-R4 Vincom Royal City.
Quan An Ngon is an attractive destination for customers who love home-cooked food and wish to learn about the culture of Viet Nam. An organisation specialising in the monitoring of quality restaurants in Asia conducted a survey among culinary experts, journalists and writers specialising in culinary delights in 2010. In that survey, Quan An Ngon was voted one of Asia's top 12 and one of Viet Nam's top five restaurants.
For its 10th anniversary, Quan An Ngon has launched a contest that will award VND20 million (US$952) for the best logo design for its brand name. The logo is expected to symbolise traditional dishes of the three regions.
