Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. is planning to launch PRU-Together, a group insurance for businesses of all sizes.

A customisable product for employers to provide flexible solutions to their employees, it protects against unpredictable financial and healthcare risks, including in-patient and out-patient care to dental and maternity care all with direct billing at a large number of hospitals and clinics across Viet Nam and Southeast Asia.

With the product, employers will have the flexibility to customise their well-being programmes that best fit their employees’ needs.

Phuong Tien Minh, CEO of Prudential Vietnam, said, “Employees need more customised support through times of uncertainty, and companies that truly understand and take good care of their workforce stand a better chance of attracting and retaining the best talent in their fields.

“The launch of PRU-Together further strengthens our commitment to better serve our bank partners’ corporate clients.”

He was referring to the fact that PRU-Together would be distributed through Prudential’s bank partners, or bancassurance as it is known. —VNS
