Prudential Vietnam has opened a customer care centre that was built under a new model at Flemington Building in HCM City’s District 11 to bring the best experience to customers in a luxurious space with modern support services.

The PruPlaza Customer Care Centre at 2-4 Ben Can Giuoc in District 8 moved to the new location on June 26.

Late last month, Prudential opened a similar customer care centre in Da Nang.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Phuong Tien Minh, CEO of Prudential Vietnam, said Prudential built a completely new model of customer care centre to provide customers with a perfect experience and satisfy all their needs.

“We have nurtured and implemented this project based on the principle of ‘always putting customers at the centre’ from design ideas to setting up a comprehensive, modern customer care process to enhance the customer experience.”

Like the customer care centre in Da Nang, the one in HCM City is modern and luxurious but still creates a comfortable feeling for customers to exchange information and discuss their insurance needs.

The company allocates diverse areas to meet the various needs of customers in the most optimal way, including counter transaction area, digital service experience area, private consulting area, VIP customer care room, and many others.

Prudential is also investing in modern equipment to provide smart utilities to customers at the centres.

Earlier this month, Prudential also launched a new version of life insurance contracts that is easy to understand, look up and store while still ensuring complete legality.
